End Users who now purchase Ingot Feed and Feed Ingredients or Flour and Milling Level 3 Licences or above will now be included into the Aunir proficiency scheme for the duration of their warranty period.
The Aunir proficiency scheme has been running for nearly 10 years in the UK and Ireland and now we a have participants from South Africa, China, Japan, Norway, Romania, Mexico, Bangladesh, India and the USA. Membership of the scheme is in excess of 80 NIR’s and growing.
Monthly 5-reference samples will be sent to the End User for analysis by their NIR analyser. Once Aunir has received and correlated the data a statistical report will be generated. Using their confidential laboratory number they will be able to monitor the stability of their NIR hardware and calibrations. In addition their results will be compared against accredited reference analysis and the Aunir ‘Master’ NIR.
Participation in a proficiency scheme is an essential element in quality assurance. We feel that by extending this service world wide Aunir will add value to End Users businesses and give them confidence that they are in control of the analytical results being produced by their NIR. (Participation in the Aunir proficiency scheme is subject to meeting local pyhotosanitary regulations and therefore may not be possible in all territories)
