The Ingot Forage NIR calibration product range is organised into two separate hierarchies detailing the available applications. These applications can be selected individually or in groups to meet the end users requirements. Each application or group of applications will contain the key nutritional and quality parameters required for the evaluation of Forages, either scanned fresh or pre-dried.
The Forage application is split into fresh and pre-dried data sets and contains over 10,000 samples.The end user can choose to work with either the fresh or pre-dried data sets.
The samples within the database have been collected since 1995 and cover a diverse range of geographical origins, seasonal variations and varietal differences.This data is fundamental for ensuring the calibrations are robust and applicable to Forage worldwide.
The Forage calibrations are compatible with all NIR hardware. The calibrations are dynamic and are being constantly updated with new data from around the world and emerging NIR technology.
